Primary outcome: Improved exposure of 20% women and girls to apprenticeship, internship and mentorship programs to enhance their work readiness by 2025

Dr. Muthima is a lecturer of Education Economics & Educational Planning in the department of Education Management, Policy & Curriculum Studies, School of Education, Kenyatta University. She is a researcher, mentor and trainer and the Principal InvestigatorImpact of Apprenticeship, Internship and Mentorship Programmes on Employment of Young Women in the KU-WEE Hub project. She is also an Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) & British Nigeria Education Trust (BNET) Fellow in Education at BUK. Her research interest are: Education Investment and Outcomes, Gender Issues in Education, TVET & STEM, Skilling & Mentoring, labour Market Analysis &Entrepreneurship, Refugee studies and Distance Learning.
