Primary outcome: Increase the number of women participating in corporate governance in public and private companies in Kenya by 30% by 2025.
Edna holds PhD in leadership and governance and currently a lecturer in the Department of Public Policy and Administration. She has six years’ experience in teaching and 10 years of research and sits in schools and TVET boards. She is a member of African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) and a British Institute of East Africa BIEA/IFRA Nairobi. She conducted her own research and being a research assistant in developing a content, research tools, analysis and interpretations for various research projects. Her contribution to the current research project KU-WEE concept of women in corporate includes development of literature data collection, report writing and engage the stakeholders for governance.
