This Webinar brings together government officials, advocates, researchers, programme implementers, and non-government actors to share how policies governing gender have been implemented, barriers to women’s participation and ways in which these can be addressed, and discuss advocacy, policy, and programme recommendations that can enhance women’s placement, participation and advancement in management and leadership positions in the public sector for economic empowerment.
