Gendered Impacts of Kenya Government Policy Response to Covid-19 Pandemic.

Leah Wanjama is an educationalist, a gender and advocacy trainer, curriculum developer and a consultant in gender programming and development.

I am a PhD. student in the school of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Studies at Kenyatta University, working with the Gendered Impacts of Kenya Government Policy Responses to COVID-19 Pandemic team.

Dr. Teresa Mwoma is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood and Special Needs Education, Kenyatta University. Dr. Mwoma is seconded to the African Council for Distance Education (ACDE) as Executive Director, coordinating open, distance and e-learning in Africa, for ACDE member institutions.

Currently a senior lecturer at Kenyatta University, school of economics. Research interests: Finance, energy, environmental economics and Gender.Current research:  “Gendered impacts of the Kenyan government policy responses to Covid-19 pandemic”

Dr. Esther Munyiri is the Director, Global Tourism Resilience and Crisis Management (GTRCM) at Kenyatta University. Until her appointment, Dr. Munyiri was the Chairperson, Department of Hospitality and Tourism in Kenyatta University.
