The roundtable insights reiterated evidence from our studies on participation of women in leadership and management positions as well as Female Labour Force participation that indicate steady but insignificant ascendancy of women in  upper management levels , and the unpaid care work as a barrier to female labour force participation, respectively.

Participants shared the sentiments that the quest for Gender Equality, and specifically women’s inclusion, should go beyond international day commemorations to our everyday activities.
